Our Objective
The Lethbridge Food Bank Grab N’ Go Program has been implemented to offer our clients an easier avenue to access the supplement element of our bread and produce program, quickly and conveniently.
Canned products, bread and fresh produce are available to our clients three times per week in the food bank but Grab N’ Go offers bread and produce collection through an external hatch and window style service on the east side of our building (11th Street S).
We will not be offering hamper access through this service but will be offering snack bags to our unhoused population through this transaction drawer also.
Availability
The Grab N’ Go service hatch will operate through our regular operating hours of
Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 12pm and 1pm – 3:30pm and in addition to the regular hours we are committing to operating a limited number of hours outside our regular hours every other week. Particularly at the weekend to extend the ease of access for our clients who already struggle to visit us during our regular operating hours during the week.

In line with our mission, The Grab N’ Go program is significant in helping break down barriers to accessing food and resources. Lethbridge Food Bank endeavors to enhance the experience of our service users and continually aims to grow the services we offer as we aim to meet the growing need.
